Design inspiration started with a commissioned piece by local artist Steve Mercer. I pulled colors directly from this one-of-a-kind painting to create a serene, yet still wonderfully colorful primary bedroom for my incredible client.

The result is a space that feels collected, calming, and full of personality—proof that serene doesn’t have to mean boring.
